Ahh, what fantastic friends homework, procrastination, and the internet are! So quick update it is:

• girl: awesome (and sleepy).
• band: good - drummer and singer found, singer might not work out.
• school: art history 1 & 2, drafting, java - some more enjoyable that others. Accepted into one mechanical engineering program, waiting to hear on the second.

Also a small update on the wishlist.

Vision is a rare thing in anything more than the smallest doses, and things always seem so painfully simple and apparent when seen afterward. It’s often terribly tragic.

Well enough of that.

So the drummer is kind of a maybe, but Costin (rhythm/lead voc) doesn’t want to sing anymore so the search for a lead singer has commenced. So far two interested. The first guy is.. well, not an option. #2 seems like a decent enough guy from his email, we’re going to meet with him next week sometime. All this ‘I’m in a band talk’ has really given me the buy-a-new-bass itch. I really want a Musicman Sterling, but they run $1500+ new and $1200+ used & ‘no job’ = ‘not a good time to buy an expensive musical instrument’. Oh well, one of these days.

I was going to type up some other thoughts, but it’s late and I am le tired.

or something like that. I went to ‘practice’ #2 today, it was good times. And now there’s a drummer, so that’s pretty sweet.
